1. **No Refund for Delivered Digital Products**:
Once a digital product or service has been delivered or accessed (e.g., via email, download, or web login), it is deemed consumed. We do not offer refunds in such cases.
2. **Service Not Delivered**:
If you have made a payment but did not receive the service/product within the promised delivery timeframe, please contact us at contact@inovus.in or via WhatsApp at +91-9958914397. We will verify and resolve your concern. If the service is confirmed undelivered, a full refund will be issued.
3. **Duplicate Transactions**:
If you were charged multiple times for the same product or service, please share the payment details with us. Once verified, the duplicate amount will be refunded.
4. **Order Cancellations**:
Order cancellations must be requested within 1 hour of purchase by emailing contact@inovus.in with the subject line “Order Cancel Request”. Requests beyond this timeframe will not be accepted.
5. **Incorrect Product or Technical Issue**:
In case of receiving an incorrect digital product or experiencing technical issues accessing the content, please write to us with the subject “Access Issue/Incorrect Product” along with your order details. We will evaluate and either correct the issue or provide access to the correct product.
6. **Non-Refundable Items**:
Products purchased on sale, with coupon codes, gift cards, or redeemed through loyalty points are non-refundable.
7. **Grievance Redressal**:
For any unresolved issues, you may contact our support team, and our customer care executives will assist you promptly.
